Drilling Update - Nervesa Second Well

Sound Oil, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce that the second Nervesa well has now been drilled to a measured vertical depth of 322 metres and that the 13 3/8" casing has been successfully installed at the Conglomerati del Montello formation, as per the planned drill programme.

Operations to initiate the next phase of drilling, to the next casing point of 1,350 metres, have now commenced.

The Company invites shareholders to observe operations at the drill site through the daily webcam facility which has been installed on site and is available via www.soundoil.co.uk.
