Derwent appoints new non-executive director

Derwent London is pleased to announce the appointment of Claudia Arney who will join the board as an independent non-executive director on 18th May, 2015.

Having previously worked at the Financial Times, Goldman Sachs and HM Treasury, Claudia was Managing Director, Digital at Emap until 2010. She then left to develop a portfolio of non-executive director appointments which now includes Public Data Group where she is Chairman, Halfords Group plc where she chairs the Remuneration Committee, Telecity Group plc where she is Deputy Chair, and the Premier League.

There are no further details required to be disclosed under LR 9.6.13 of the FCA Handbook.
