Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 

Learning Technologies Group plc (AIM:LTG) announces that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2014, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
