Notification of transactions by Directors or Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today that Mr Bronek Masojada, a Director, has exercised options under the Company's Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting ordinary 6.5p shares  ("Shares") in the Company, as detailed below:

·      On 20 April 2015, Mr Masojada exercised 100,451 options and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 837.707p each.

·      On 21 April 2015, Mr Masojada exercised 113,134 options and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 837.570p each.

·      On 22 April 2015, Mr Masojada exercised 76,050 options and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 831.258p each.

As a result of the above transactions Mr Masojada has sold a total of 289,635 Shares but remains interested in 3,059,944 Shares. The transactions took place in Switzerland.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1).
