NOVATEK’S AGM APPROVES 2014 DIVIDENDS

Moscow, 24 April 2015 . OAO NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) approved the total dividend payment for 2014.

The total dividend for 2014 will amount to RR 10.3 per one ordinary share or RR 103 per one Global Depositary Receipt (GDR), including the interim dividends of RR 5.1 per ordinary share or RR 51 per one GDR paid for the first half 2014.

The list of persons entitled to receive dividends will be compiled as at 5 May 2015.

The dividend is payable in cash not later than 10 June 2015.
