Director Shareholding

Central Asia Metals plc (AIM: CAML), was yesterday notified that, on 22 April 2015, Nigel Hurst-Brown, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, disposed of his interest in 250,543 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), jointly owned with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), at a price of 175 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Hurst-Brown has an interest in a total of 694,065 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.62 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
