Recommended Acquisition of TradeFX Limited ("TradeFX") by Playtech plc ("Playtech")

Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

Playtech is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of Playtech Shareholders held earlier today in connection with the recommended acquisition of TradeFX by Playtech, the resolution proposed was duly passed.

A summary of the proxy votes lodged in advance of the Extraordinary General Meeting is shown below:
