Director/PDMR shareholding

Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') makes the following notification of a transaction by a director and a connected person, notified to the Company in accordance with DTR3.1.2R.  Ruth Cairnie, a non-executive director of the Company, today advised that she and her spouse, Anthony Heggs, had acquired a total of 1,500 ordinary shares of 5 15/22 pence each in the Company. Ms Cairnie acquired 584 of the shares at a price of £27.16 per share, and Mr Heggs acquired 555 shares at £27.29 pence per share and 361 shares at £27.30 per share.  The transactions took place on the London Market today, 22 April 2015.
