Grant of Share Awards

The Company confirms that on 17 April 2015 it granted share awards to four Non-Executive Directors and one Executive Director as follows:

Christopher Moore 162,162 shares

Gerry Ford 81,081 shares

Nicholas Donaldson 81,081 shares

Robert Morrish 81,081 shares

Maciej Jania 81,081 shares

The nil cost awards will vest after a two year period and will be satisfied by shares already held in the Employee Benefit Trust.
