2014 Annual Report and Dividend Timetable

Bracknell, UK - 15 April 2015: Venture Life Group plc (AIM: VLG), the international consumer products group addressing the self-care needs of the ageing population, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 has been published and is available to download from the Company's website at www.venture-life.com. It is expected that hard copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders later today, together with a notice of the Company's 2015 Annual General Meeting which will be held on Wednesday 10 June 2015 at 11.00am at the offices of Simmons & Simmons LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9SS.

The Company also announces that, subject to shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting, its proposed final dividend of 0.04 pence per ordinary share related to the financial year ended 31 December 2014 is expected to be paid according to the timetable below:

Ex-dividend date:	21 May 2015
Record date:	22 May 2015
Dividend payment date:	19 June 2015
