Exercise of Share Options &

Total Voting Rights

OMG plc (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing image understanding solutions for the entertainment, defence, life science, engineering and consumer electronics markets announces that it has applied for 25,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 21 April 2015 following the exercise of share options.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 25,000 new Ordinary Shares on 21 April 2015 the Company will have a total of 113,382,814 Ordinary Shares in issue each carrying one voting right.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
