NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS - AMENDED TOTAL NUMBER OF ORDINARY SHARES HELD

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announced that notification was received on 30 March 2015 that Frank Stier, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired an interest in 7,000 ordinary shares of US0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at price of 196.856p per Ordinary Share on 30 March 2015.

The Company has been notified of an existing holding of 2,216 Ordinary Shares held by Frank Stier since the demerger from RB on 23 December 2014. As a result of the purchase of share on 30 March 2015, Frank Stier now has an interest in a total of 9,216 Ordinary Shares.
