Director Shareholding

Deltex Medical announces that it received notification on 13 April 2015 that its Chief Executive, Ewan Phillips, on 10 April 2015 transferred 290,000 Ordinary Shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 5.0p per share. Ewan Phillips is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains the same at 2,645,189 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.24% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
