Grant of warrants

Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the Group focused on the commercialisation of graphene and other nano particle products using their proprietary plasma process, announces that it has granted warrants to subscribe for 10,000 new ordinary shares in the Company to a service provider.

The exercise price of the warrants is 134.25 pence, being the mid-market price of a Haydale ordinary share at the close of business on 2 April 2015, the date of grant. The warrants expire on the fifth anniversary of grant and are exercisable from the date of the fourth anniversary of grant.

Following this grant the total number of warrants and options unexercised in the Company is 1,363,019 representing approximately 11.91 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The total voting rights in the Company are 11,446,446. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change of interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
