Purchase of Own Securities

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), the international, independent provider of Escrow, Assurance and Domain Services, has today bought back 210,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury at a price of 197 pence per share. It is expected that these Ordinary Shares will be used to satisfy future grants of share options.

Following the above purchase, 238,186 Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as treasury shares. The Company will then have 208,687,108 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the treasury shares) and 238,186 treasury shares.

The above figure of 208,687,108 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
