Treasury Share Transfers

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 2 April 2015 a transfer of 1,771,122 ordinary shares of 6.5p each ('Ordinary Shares') was made by the Company from Treasury to satisfy awards vesting under the Hiscox Ltd Performance Share Plan.

Following the transfer the Company has a total of 8,098,190 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and a total of 283,988,464 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4.
