Bonus Deferral Share Matching Plan ('BDSMP') - vesting of 2012 Deferred Awards

Morgan Advanced Materials plc announces that it received notification on 1 April 2015 that a transaction by a PDMR took place following the vesting and release of awards granted in 2012 under the BDSMP representing deferral of bonus into a notional award over shares, as set out in the table below.

Deferred Awards vested on 21 March 2015 and in this case shares were released and sold on 1 April 2015. There was no corresponding release of shares under the 2012 Matching Award as the performance condition attached to the matching element was not met and the 2012 Matching Award therefore lapsed.
