Director Shareholding

The Company has today received notification that Peter Brodnicki, Chief Executive Officer, has today gifted for nil consideration 2,574,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Stephanie Brodnicki.

Mr Brodnicki's beneficial holding has not changed as a result of this transfer of Ordinary Shares and he remains interested in 18,126,400 Ordinary Shares representing 35.89 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Mr Brodnicki's beneficial holding remains subject to the lock-in provisions set out in the Company's admission document dated 11 November 2014.
