Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to its announcement released earlier today, the Company confirms that the circular to shareholders including a notice of general meeting relating to Playtech's proposed acquisition of a 91.1 per cent. fully-diluted stake in TradeFX Limited (the "Circular") has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available immediately for download on Playtech's website www.playtech.com.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
