Stefan Bomhard joins as Group Chief Executive

Further to the Group's announcement of 30 January 2015, the Board of Inchcape plc is pleased to confirm that Stefan Bomhard has today officially assumed his position as Group Chief Executive.

Stefan Bomhard, Group Chief Executive of Inchcape, said: "I am delighted to be joining Inchcape, which has a rich heritage, unique culture and an outstanding reputation for customer service and performance. I look forward to working with my new colleagues to further build on the Company's success."

There is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 relating to the appointment of Stefan Bomhard as a director of Inchcape plc.
