In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

Premier Foods plc has issued 2,177 additional ordinary shares with voting rights in March 2015. 

Therefore the figure of 825,741,256 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Premier Foods plc under the FCA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
