The Company announces that Simon Wigzell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, notified the Company on 31 March 2015 that he purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 1,725 and 1,727 pence per Ordinary Share on 31 March 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Wigzell's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 14,394 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
