Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc has been advised that yesterday David Cicurel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and his wife Alejandra Cicurel, had each sold 218 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and repurchased the same number of shares through their respective ISAs.  The sales and repurchases were all conducted at a price of £14.40 per Ordinary Share.  Mr Cicurel's interest in the Company, as a result of these transactions, is unchanged at 916,548 Ordinary Shares representing 15.28 per cent of the issued Ordinary share capital.  In addition, he holds options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.
