In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 30 March 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, purchased 2,347ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of 139.9p per share. The shares, which represent 0.0045% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.

Following this transaction Mr Hope's total beneficial holding stands at 164,462 shares being 0.31% of the issued share capital of the Company.
