Concurrent Technologies Plc ("the Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that it has been informed that Glen Fawcett, a director of the Company, has today purchased 8,447 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 42.50 pence per share, taking his total holding to 1,680,878 shares.
