7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that it has been notified that Sir Donald Cruickshank, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 March 2015.

Following this purchase, Mr Cruickshank now holds 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
