Retirement of Director

Ian Dinwoodie has retired from the Board of Xaar plc, effective 27 March 2015, following a successful handover of responsibilities to the new Chief Executive Dr Doug Edwards.

Phil Lawler, Chairman commented:

"On behalf of the Board I want to thank Ian for his tireless devotion to Xaar over his 14 years with the Company, including 12 years as CEO. I wish him well in his retirement."
