The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that on 27 March 2015 the Company purchased 330,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 96.75 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 84,628,180 shares of which 9,639,214 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead VCT 3 plc is 74,988,966 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
