Serco Group plc - Announcement of Director / PDMR shareholding

Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 26 March 2015 that Rupert Soames, Group Chief Executive Officer, sold 242,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company on 26 March 2015 at a price of 182.3 pence per share and his wife, Mrs C. R. Soames, purchased 242,000 Ordinary Shares of 2p each in the Company on the same day at a price of 182.3 pence per share. Both transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange. As a result of these transactions, Rupert's interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company, including that of his connected persons, is unchanged. This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR 3.1.2R.

Rupert and Mrs Soames have confirmed that Mrs Soames intends to take up in full her rights relating to the 242,000 Ordinary Shares she has purchased to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares under the rights issue.
