Additional information:	The threshold is reached as a result of the dilution of the notifier's prior holding as a result of the issue of consideration shares in connection with the issuer's acquisition of Harworth Estates Property Group Limited and the firm placing, placing and open offer completed by the issuer on 24th March 2015.  The notifier participated in the firm placing. The disclosure is based on the number of Total Voting Rights in issue being 2,922,697,857 as detailed in the prospectus published by the issuer on 3rd March 2015 and the RNS announcement of the results of the open offer and placing dated 19 March 2015.
