Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP" or the "Company") 

Pursuant to the interim dividend of 10.0 pence per ordinary share announced on 19 February 2015, and the Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular dated 24 February 2015, the Company announces that it has received valid elections for the Scrip Dividend Offer in respect of 101,599 new ordinary shares of 50p each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares"). PHP has therefore today (25 March 2015) made application for the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority of 101,599 New Shares issued in lieu of the second interim cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2014. Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 1 April 2015.
