("Northern Bear" or the "Company")

Grant of Options

Northern Bear announces that the Company has granted options over, in aggregate, 65,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") to certain employees and officers of group companies under a Company share option plan.   

The options are exercisable at 45.75p per share, being the mid-market closing price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 9 March 2015 (being the last day before the Company made the offer of the option grant). These options are exercisable from 10 March 2018 until 10 March 2015, provided that the option holder is still an officer or employee of the Company.
