PUBLICATION OF 2014 ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS 

Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has today published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 ("Annual Report") on the Company's website at www.directlinegroup.com.

A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The Annual Report, together with the 2015 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be sent to shareholders on or about 1 April 2015.

The AGM will take place in the Auditorium, Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1 6AD at 11.00am on 13 May 2015.
