Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 6p ("Shares") in the Company:

·      On 19 March 2015, awards granted to Mr. Richard Watson, a Director, under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested and he sold all the resulting 134,229 Shares on the same day at a price of 8.10693p each.

·      On 19 March 2015, awards granted to Mr. Pierre Olivier Desaulle, a PDMR, under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested and he sold 27,000 Shares on the same day at a price of 8.10693p each and retained 37,430 Shares.

·      On 19 March 2015, awards granted to Mr. Ben Walter, a PDMR, under the Company's Performance Share Plan vested and he sold 20,000 Shares on the same day at a price of 8.11664p each and retained 22,953 Shares.

The transactions took place in Switzerland.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a).
