Notification of Interests 

Following the Initial Public Offering (the "IPO") of Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited on 3 March 2015, the Company confirms in accordance with section 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that Randall Sandstrom, a director of the Investment Adviser, has acquired 47,000 shares as part of the IPO at the IPO price of 100 pence per share.
