Grant of options

Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the Group focused on the commercialisation of graphene and other nano particle products using their proprietary plasma process announces that on 18 March 2015, the Board of the Company awarded options ("Options") over an aggregate of 81,032 ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Company's approved and unapproved share option schemes adopted by the Board on 4 April 2014. 

All of the Options granted have an exercise price of 134.5p per Ordinary Share (being the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares on 17 March 2015, the day before the grant) with the latest exercise date being 18 March 2025.  Following the grant of these Options, the Company's total number of options outstanding as at the date of this announcement is 889,126.

Of the Options granted, 33,307 were granted to the Company's executive directors following the agreement of the terms of the Options by the remuneration committee of the Board as follows:
