Highway Capital announces that it has published a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") containing details of a proposal to alter the borrowing powers of the Company and a notice of a general meeting to be held at the offices of Gowlings, 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR at 11:00 a.m. on 9 April 2015.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection online at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.  Copies of the Circular will also be made available on the Company's website at www. highwaycapital.co.uk.
