International Personal Finance plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2014 and Notice of its 2015 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.

As announced on 27 February 2015, the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2014 is already available on the Company's website (www.ipfin.co.uk/investors).
