Director/PDMR Shareholding

16 March 2015 - Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that on 13 March 2015 three Directors purchased shares in the Company.

Tim Irish, non-executive Director, notified the Company on 13 March 2015 of the purchase of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.00 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result Mr Irish's shareholding totals 1,848,484 ordinary shares (representing 0.87 per cent. of the issued share capital of Deltex Medical).

Sir Duncan Nichol, non-executive Director, notified the Company on 14 March 2015 of the purchase of 180,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.40 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result Sir Duncan's shareholding totals 1,166,912 ordinary shares (representing 0.55 per cent. of the issued share capital of Deltex Medical).

Paul Mitchell, Finance Director notified the Company on 15 March 2015 of the purchase of 156,981 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 5.41 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result Mr Mitchell's shareholding totals 509,812 ordinary shares (representing 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of Deltex Medical).
