IL CONSIGLIO D'AMMINISTRAZIONE PRENDE VISIONE DEI DATI CONSOLIDATI AL 31 DICEMBRE 2024

RICAVI VENDITE PARI AD EURO C. 35,8 MILIONI (+9% YoY)

Todi (PG), 21 febbraio 2024 – ELES S.p.A., società quotata su Euronext Growth Milan, e fornitore mondiale di soluzioni per il test dei dispositivi a semiconduttore (IC Integrated Circuits) con applicazioni Safety e Mission Critical rende noto che in data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha esaminato i dati pre-consuntivi relativi ai ricavi delle vendite consolidati, non sottoposti a revisione contabile, relativi al periodo chiuso al 31 dicembre 2024.

I Ricavi delle Vendite Consolidati del Gruppo Eles,sono pari circa a 35,8 milioni di euro, in crescita del 9% rispetto ai 32,8 milioni di euro del 31 dicembre 2023.

Francesca Zaffarami, AD di ELES, dichiara: "Nel 2024, il Gruppo ha registrato un aumento del 9% dei ricavi, confermando il suo posizionamento distintivo all'interno del settore del testing di dispositivi High Power e High Voltage. La metodologia RETE (Reliability Embedded Test Engineering) ci permette di garantire l'affidabilità dei semiconduttori in settori strategici come l'Intelligenza Artificiale, High Performance Computing e i Data Server. Stiamo ampliando la nostra presenza globale con nuovi clienti di rilievo: negli Stati Uniti, un leader del settore biomedicale ha scelto ARTgp e la metodologia RETE per la qualificazione di dispositivi Mission Critical, mentre in India abbiamo avviato una collaborazione con un'azienda leader nel design e test dei semiconduttori. Questi risultati confermano la nostra strategia di crescita e innovazione nel mercato internazionale."

La crescente domanda di dispositivi per l'Intelligenza Artificiale e l'High Performance Computing ha evidenziato il valore della nostra tecnologia, essenziale per lo sviluppo di sistemi complessi e ad alte prestazioni.

Sono certo che RETE possa estendersi oltre la qualifica e produzione dei semiconduttori, supportando anche i produttori di sistemi e moduli elettronici per garantire affidabilità e sicurezza nelle applicazioni Mission Critical. L'importanza della nostra metodologia è confermata dalla collaborazione con il Fraunhofer Institute ENAS, che la integrerà nel nuovo 'Test and Reliability Center', rafforzando il suo ruolo a livello globale.

Abbiamo inoltre riorganizzato la nostra struttura in due divisioni principali: una dedicata all'affidabilità dei semiconduttori e l'altra ai settori aerospaziale e della difesa. Questa evoluzione ci permette di rispondere in modo mirato alle esigenze di mercati ad alta intensità tecnologica. L'espansione in India e negli Stati Uniti, con accordi strategici come quello con Manakin Enterprise, segna un passo fondamentale nella nostra strategia di crescita internazionale.

▪ Divisione Semiconductors

Il mercato globale degli IC Automated Test Equipment dei semiconduttori presenta un quadro misto di ripresa, con una crescita più rapida del previsto degli Equipment legati all'IA ed alle High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), da un lato, e una domanda persistentemente debole degli Equipment per l'Automotive dall'altro.

I ricavi della Divisione Semiconduttori del Gruppo Eles sono pari a circa 23,6 milioni di euro, rispetto ai 22 milioni di euro del periodo precedente, in crescita del 7% in linea rispetto all'andamento dei segmenti di riferimento (+10% Non-Memory Testers, Source: YOLE, www.yolegroup.com, dicembre 2024) ed in controtendenza rispetto al segmento Burn-In che ha registrato nel periodo un calo del 7% (Source: YOLE, www.yolegroup.com, dicembre 2024). La crescita dell'end market Industrial, +30% rispetto al periodo precedente,sostenuta dalla solida domanda per dispositivi legati principalmente ad AI, High Performance Computing (HPC) e Data server ha più che compensato l'andamento della domanda nell'end-market Automotive che nel periodo di riferimento ha registrato una contrazione del 2%.

I ricavi della linea di prodotto Test Applications, che rappresenta il fattore distintivo di Gruppo e che consente attraverso la metodologia RETE di fornire al cliente risultati a supporto di una maggiore competitività, si attestano a circa 13,6 milioni di euro e sono pari al 38% dei Ricavi delle Vendite, in crescita del 1% rispetto a dicembre 2023, a conferma della resilienza di tale componente e dell'anti-ciclicità dell'offerta.

▪ Divisione Aerospace & Defense

I ricavi della Divisione A&D (Aerospace & Defense) ammontano a circa 12,1 milioni di euro, in crescita del 13% rispetto ai 10,8 milioni di euro del periodo precedente e rappresentano il 34% dei ricavi totali.

Permane forte l'incidenza dell'export, pari al 50% dei Ricavi delle Vendite Consolidati.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TAKES NOTE OF THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL FIGURES AS OF DECEMBER 30, 2024

REVENUES AMOUNTED TO ABOUT 35.8 MILLION EUROS (+9% YoY)

Todi (PG), February 21, 2024 - ELES S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, and a worldwide provider of semiconductor device test solutions (IC Integrated Circuits) with Automotive and Mission Critical applications announces that today the Board of Directors reviewed the unaudited preliminary consolidated sales revenue figures for the period ended December 31, 2024.

Consolidated Sales Revenues of the Eles Group, amounted to approximately 35.8 million euros, up 9 percent from 32.8 million euros as of December 31, 2023.

Francesca Zaffarami, CEO of ELES, says, "In 2024, the Group recorded a 9% increase in revenue, confirming its distinctive position within the High Power and High Voltage device testing sector. The RETE (Reliability Embedded Test Engineering) methodology allows us to ensure the reliability of semiconductors in strategic sectors such as Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing and Data Servers. We are expanding our global presence with new major customers: in the US, a leader in the biomedical sector has chosen ARTgp and the RETE methodology for the qualification of Mission Critical devices, while in India we have partnered with a leading semiconductor design and test company. These results confirm ourstrategy of growth and innovation in the international market."

▪ Semiconductors Division

The globalsemiconductor IC Automated Test Equipment market presents a mixed picture of recovery, with fasterthan-expected growth in AI and high bandwidth memory (HBM)-related equipment on the one hand and continued weakness in automotive equipment on the other.

Revenues from the Eles Group Semiconductor Division amounted to about 23.6 million euros, compared to 22 million euros in the previous period, up 7 percent in line with the trend in the reference segments (+10% Non-Memory Testers, Source: YOLE, www.yolegroup.com, December 2024) and bucking the trend in the Burn-In segment, which recorded a 7% decline for the period (Source: YOLE, www.yolegroup.com, December 2024). Growth in the Industrial end-market, +30% over the previous period,supported by solid demand for devices mainly related to AI, High Performance Computing (HPC) and Data servers more than offset the demand trend in the Automotive end-market, which contracted by 2% over the period.

Revenues from the Test Applications product line, which is the Group's distinguishing factor and which allows through the RETE methodology to deliver results to the customer that support greater competitiveness, stood at around 13.6 million euros and amounted to 38% of Sales Revenues, up 1% compared to December 2023, confirming the resilience of this component and the anti-cyclicality of the offer.

▪ Aerospace & Defense Division

Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Division revenues amounted to approximately 12.1 million euros, up 13 percent from 10.8 million euros in the previous period, and accounted for 34 percent of total revenues.

The incidence of exports remains strong, accounting for 50% of Consolidated Sales Revenues.
