Totally plc

("Totally" or "the Company")

New contract with The British Lung Foundation

The Board of Totally PLC (AIM: TLY) is pleased to announce that Totally Health Limited ("Totally Health"), the Company's wholly owned subsidiary and the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, has been approached to work in partnership with The British Lung Foundation ("BLF") to undertake a clinical health coaching programme focused on reducing readmissions to hospital and promoting self care for people diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease ("COPD"). Totally Health's contract will be with BLF which will in turn contract with Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group.

During the course of the programme, Totally Health will work with a maximum of 20 patients diagnosed with COPD per month. This will be over a 12 month period, to help avoid readmission to hospital and to assist patients with better managing their own conditions. BLF will provide on the ground support to patients in addition to that provided by Totally Health.

Revenues from this contract are expected to amount to circa £65,000 over the 12 month period of the contract.

Totally's Chief Executive Wendy Lawrence said,

"I am delighted to work on this new contract and to be partnering, for the first time, with the British Lung Foundation. BLF is a major national charity which demonstrates the confidence of Clinical Commissioning Groups across England in Totally's clinical health coaching programmes. I hope this will be the start of a long and prosperous partnership.

As the number of clients we work with expands, we are confident that we can continue to deliver excellent results and help patients better manage their own conditions, thereby reducing patient visits to hospitals and GPs."

Steven Wibberley, Chief Operating Officer at the British Lung Foundation said,

"We are looking forward to partnering with Totally Health to provide a new service to Somerset CCG and their patients diagnosed with COPD. We know from our work, and that of Totally Health, that patients really benefit from specialist support which helps them to better self manage their condition(s) and their subsequent healthcare. By combining the skills of both of our organisations we are confident of being able to offer patients the very best service possible."
