BOARD CHANGES

CEPS announces that, at his request, Richard Organ will retire from his position as Non-Executive Chairman at the next AGM.  He joined the Company in December 2000 as part-time Director and Chairman and the Board is pleased that Richard has accepted its invitation to continue as a Non-Executive Director.

CEPS is delighted to announce that David Horner, currently a Non-Executive Director, will replace Richard as Non-Executive Chairman.
