Jaywing announces pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules") the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

Jaywing has been informed that First Active Media Limited, a company which Jaywing's chief executive Martin Boddy was non-executive director of until his resignation on 5 July 2014, has been placed into voluntary liquidation arrangements with its creditors.
