Further to the announcement on 3 March 2015 of the Direct Line Insurance Group plc preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2014, the relevant dates in respect of the Company's 2014 final1 and second special interim dividends are set out below.

12 March 2015 - Ex-dividend date

13 March 2015 - Record date

1 April 2015 - Deadline for election under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan*

17 April 2015 - Payment date*
