Mr Rupert Dorey was appointed as a non-executive director of NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited with effect from 1 March 2015. NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 20 April 2011.
