Ormonde has today, 2 March 2015, received notification from Tiberius Asset Management AG on behalf of managed fund Return Visucia UI ("Tiberius"), that on 18 February 2015, Tiberius' interest in Ormonde ordinary shares breached the 7% notification threshold.
According to the notification received from Tiberius, it is interested in 35,405,210 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 7.49% of the issued share capital of Ormonde.
