Completion of disposal of entire surplus legacy freehold portfolio

Further to its announcement of 24 December 2014 regarding the unconditional agreement to sell its entire portfolio of surplus legacy freehold properties to Clowes Developments (UK) Ltd for £6.5m cash, Norcros is pleased to announce that the sale has completed today as planned.
