Change of Name to Wilmington plc

Wilmington Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to the notification made within its interim results on 25 February 2015, the board of directors of the Company resolved on 26 February 2015 in accordance with the Company's articles of association to change the name of the Company from Wilmington Group plc to Wilmington plc.  The Company wishes to advise that the name change has now been completed, effective as of 26 February 2015.

The Company's TIDM ('ticker') on the London Stock Exchange in respect of the Company's ordinary shares is 'WIL' and remains unchanged.

All share certificates in the name of Wilmington Group plc will remain valid.  As and when transactions take place in shareholdings going forward, share certificates will be issued in the name of Wilmington plc.

The Company's website address has also changed to www.wilmingtonplc.com
