Speedy, the UK's leading tools, equipment and plant hire services company, operating across the construction, infrastructure and industrial markets, announces that with effect from 26 February 2015, Jan Åstrand, who is the Non-executive Chairman of the Company, is appointed a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and its Audit Committee.   Mr Åstrand will continue to serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
