("LTG" or "the Company")

Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the exercise of options by a former employee, the Company anticipates 8,615 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 23 February 2015.

Following the anticipated admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company in issue will be 354,514,830 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

No shares are held in treasury.  The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
